🌍 Terms and Conditions – Spanish Language Course

  1. Agreement to Participate

By enrolling in this course, you agree to the terms outlined below. This ensures a respectful, enriching, and supportive learning experience for everyone.

  1. Eligibility
  • This course is open to learners aged 18 and above.
  • No prior Spanish knowledge is required unless specified for intermediate or advanced modules.
  1. Course Format
  • “In the centre” learning:  Sessions are delivered at Bradbury House, Glossop, SK13 8AR.
  • “Online” learning: Sessions are delivered online via [Zoom].
  • Materials and recordings (when applicable) will be shared through a secure learning portal.
  • Some lessons will be recording for marketing purposes. Please let the tutor know if you don’t agree with Terms of conditions: Permission to Use Photo/video Release Form.
  • The instructor reserves the right to adjust session times or formats with reasonable notice.
  1. Attendance and Participation
  • Active participation is encouraged to foster a collaborative learning environment.
  • If you’re unable to attend a session, please notify the instructor in advance. Catch-up materials may be provided when possible.
  1. Fees and Payment
  • Course fees must be paid in full before the start date unless a payment plan has been agreed upon.
  1. Cancellation and Refunds
  • You may cancel your enrolment up to 7 days before the course begins for a full refund.
  • After this period, refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered under exceptional circumstances (e.g., medical or family emergencies). The refund will not include lessons expired.
  1. Respectful Conduct
  • Learners are expected to treat each other with kindness and respect, embracing diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
  • Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the course.
  1. Use of Materials
  • All course content is for personal educational use only.
  • Reproduction, resale, or distribution of materials without written permission is prohibited.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection
  • Your personal information will be handled in accordance with GDPR and used solely for course administration and communication.
  • You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
